Huiheng specializes in exporting used construction machinery. Leveraging years of experience in construction machinery operation, leasing, and equipment management, we provide overseas clients with used excavators in actual working condition.

Unlike traditional used equipment storage yards, many of our own machines are still in active use on various construction projects in China. Our philosophy is not to package machines as new, but to let customers understand the true condition of the machines as much as possible.

At HUIHENG, living up to your trust is our baseline. We implement a rigorous, three-stage pre-delivery quality control system to ensure every excavator arrives at your jobsite ready to work.

Stage 01: Core Functional Inspection

Our certified mechanics thoroughly evaluate all foundational components. We analyze the engine (ensuring no blow-by and clean exhaust), hydraulic pump, main control valve, and track wear. Any signs of minor wear or seal degradation are instantly addressed with expert replacement using original parts.

Stage 02: Real-World Diagnostic & Hydraulic Load Test

We don’t just idle the machines. Every unit undergoes an operational stress test:

Cold Start Assessment: Ensuring immediate, smooth ignition.
Hydraulic Load Test: Forcing the bucket to lift the entire chassis to verify peak hydraulic system pressure under load.
360° Travel & Steering Check: Testing dual-track counter-rotation to ensure travel motors perform flawlessly in rugged environments.

Stage 03: Final Pre-Loading Audit & PDF Documentation

As the equipment readies for dispatch, a senior inspector conducts a final visual and functional audit on-site. We log all final settings and compile them into an official report.

FAQ

First, your agent is welcome to participate in the entire business process. Supervise delivery and payment. Second, after receiving your deposit, we will lock the machine for you and will not release the information about the machine to the public.

A: Import requirements vary by destination country. Buyers should confirm local customs duties, equipment age restrictions, emissions requirements and import licensing before placing an order. We provide the necessary export documents from China.

A: Yes. We welcome inspection by the buyer, the buyer’s representative, or an independent inspection company appointed by the buyer. If a significant issue is found before final payment that is inconsistent with the condition previously disclosed, we will work with the buyer according to the sales agreement, which may include repair, machine replacement, price adjustment, or cancellation of the transaction.

A: Purchasing process: Contact the sales team through our website. The process includes: Choose the machine—pay the deposit—-book the ship—-pay the balance—-shipment.

A: Our machines will be inspected and maintained by our professional technical team before leaving the factory to minimize the failure rate. At the same time, our company will provide customers with accessories and professional maintenance suggestions.

A: Unlike traditional used equipment traders, we have long-term experience in construction machinery rental and operation in China. Some of the machines we sell come from our own rental and construction fleet, and many are still working on real construction projects. This allows us to better understand their actual operating and maintenance conditions. For other requested models, we can also source machines through our long-term equipment network in China and inspect them before recommending them to customers.

A: All around the world.

A: Standard payment terms are 30% T/T deposit to reserve the agreed machine, with the remaining 70% payable after final inspection and before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in the sales contract.

A: Our company provides 6 months of after-sales guarantee. After receiving the machine, if you have any questions, you can contact us at any time to solve them.
